Will I own my designs done at Affordable Designers?

We provide our clients with 100% original designs, created from scratch. These designs are based on the needs of our clients. And once the project has finished and the payment has been completed, you will have all the copyrights of the pieces. We will send you the source files for you to make any future changes to the design.


Is Affordable Designers a cost effective option?

Affordable Designers offers you a different way of getting your designs done. Here you will tell us how much you want to spend on your piece and we will work on it. Through our design system, for example, you can obtain a rough version of a logo for only $30. And you will invest approximately $50 - $100 in a completely revised and professional design, including its source files.

How do I get my project in the design queue?

In order to start working with Affordable Designers, you will need to register for our system. During the registration process you will be asked to fill in a form with your personal information, and the description of the design piece you want. You will have a personal password which will allow you to log in the site. Then, you will have to enter the number of hours’ design work you think our staff may devote to the design of the first rough concept of your project (up to four hours max.).

When you credit our 2Checkout account with the value of the hours of your project, it will enter into our work queue.


How will I make the payment?

Once you have registered to our system, completed the whole registration process, and detailed the number of hours our designers will work on your project, you will find that the funds of your account are in $0,00. In order to add funds to your account, you will have to click on the displayed link to the 2checkout account where you will have to fill a registration form, enter your credit card number and credit the funds into your Affordable Designers profile.


How much money can I put into my account?

You will be able to credit as much money as you want, since those funds will be used for the development of your designs. We will use the funds to support the development of your design.


I finished my project, and I still have funds in my account. What will happen with this credit?

If it happens that you have completed the whole project and you still have funds in your personal account, don’t worry. Those funds are still yours and they will be available for you to develop a future project: this will make your next project even more cost effective.


How will I be able to check the status of my project?

You can check the progress made in your project through our website. At the Work Queue you will find an updated report of the level of completion of your design and the remaining time to finish the project.


How does the Project Queue work?

Once you have registered and credited your account with the funds, your project will be place in the Project Queue last row, before the preceding projects of other Affordable Designers' registered members. When your project reaches the top of the queue, our designers will start working on the design the amount of hours you set in your registration process. Then, our designers will send you a sample of your logo. If you want that design, we will send you the source files of the piece for which you will have to make a final $20 payment in the same way you did before.

If it happens that you need to make any revisions to the design, your project will return to the last row in the queue and will be revised when reaching the first place.

The Project Queue will work this way for all the revisions you may request.


How long does this process last?

The whole process will depend on the number of revisions you want to make, and the hours you want our designers to devote to the craft and development of the piece.


How will I receive the designs files?

We will send you an email in which you will find a link to a site where you will be able to download the files of the respective design, and once the project has finished, you will be given the source files through the same system.

Our staff is really proficient in the design of marketing materials like: logo, envelopes, business cards, tri-fold brochures, bi-fold brochures, flyers, inserts, folders, ad, and almost any other graphic design element.
